Group Personal Training in Birchgrove

This message is for anyone interested in starting our group training programme before Xmas/December (2017).

The aim is for us to focus on losing weight and getting fitter between now and Xmas, take a break, then start back on January 4th.

What to expect:

*2 x High intensity, Low impact Workouts per week. Each session is 30 minutes plus a 10-15 minute warm up.

*1 x Optional Open Gym session where you will learn lots of new (and important) stuff.

*You will be fitter, stronger, have better balance and be more supple. Plus you’ll improve stiff joints and have stronger pelvic floor muscles.

*Exercises will be personalised to improve all of your weaknesses and ensure you are benefiting from everything you do while in the gym.

*We will teach you how to put together a warm up that fixes any old problems and imbalances and makes your body as injury proof as humanly possible.

*Get my personal nutrition blueprint for easily losing weight while eating tasty meals and never counting calories.

*Get Two Paperback books: “The New Rules Of Weight Loss” and my “30 Days of Weight Loss” cookbook which contains 30 breakfast, 30 lunches and 30 dinner recipes.

*Get 5 digital Cookbooks with over 300 recipes (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks treats and deserts, curries and veggie dishes).

*Attend workshops at the gym to learn how to look after yourself and keep yourself up to date, (you’ll amaze your friends) and educate yourself on new topics of importance.

#1: See the list below. Be sure you can attend TWO of these sessions each week, on non-consecutive days, before you apply.

Monday – 6.30am(Mixed)(Matt), 11.30am, 5.45pm, 6.20pm, 7pm(mixed)
Tuesday – 11.30am, 5.45pm, 6.20pm
Wednesday – 6.30am(Mixed)(Matt)
Thursday – 11.30am, 5.45pm, 6.20pm, 7pm(mixed)
Friday – 6.30am(Mixed)(Matt), 11.30am

*Please note some groups are nearly full already, plus Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6.30am is with Matt, all other sessions are delivered by myself. Open gym is on a Saturday morning.

#2: The cost is £21.25 per week. You pay £85 a month, for 3 months, then you can either finish or carry on month to month. There will be 4-6 Ladies per group.
