  1. Very interesting pod cast. I can relate to the lack of confidence with the knee problem from one of the questions. After having double knee replacement 6 years ago told myself not to do anything that would put my knees at risk but I believe that was lack of confidence to restart training.
    Great news about spicy food!!!
