Especially one from a lady who overcame the temptation of eating junk with her husband, proving you can eat separately and you don’t need to fall out over it.
Obviously, I can’t guarantee anyone results like Cindy. (weight loss, improved sleep and more energy).
You have to play your part too.
And like her, you will have to overcome any temptation that comes from the people around you.
