Bread Recipe

Cut the bread up into portions and freeze it.

Get it out three – four hours before you want it or the night before.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Flax seed meal
  • 2 Oz of wholemeal spelt flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 ml almond milk
  • 2 and half ounces of coconut oil (melted)

Preheat oven to 180C/350F or gas 4

Mix dry ingredients together

Add wet ingredients to dry and combine well

Pour into baking tray and even out

Bake for about 20 minutes

Cool, cut to size and freeze
