Cut the bread up into portions and freeze it.
Get it out three – four hours before you want it or the night before.
- 4 oz Flax seed meal
- 2 Oz of wholemeal spelt flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 75 ml almond milk
- 2 and half ounces of coconut oil (melted)
Preheat oven to 180C/350F or gas 4
Mix dry ingredients together
Add wet ingredients to dry and combine well
Pour into baking tray and even out
Bake for about 20 minutes
Cool, cut to size and freeze
