    I have a few questions: 1. How does Richard feel about artificial sweeteners, ie: steveia or does he per fer to use sugar? 2. Could I see a sample of one of his recipes? 3. What is the cost of the book and can I get it as an E-book?

      Great questions….

      1. Stevia, if natural and unrefined is ok to use. Most other stevia products are full of fillers and additives ;-(. The best sweeteners are spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Lemon and lime juice and orange zest are also great.

      2. I have emailed you some sample recipes. Let me know if you have any trouble opening them.
      2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners as a sample, but we have four cookbooks which have over 300 recipes for losing weight. Fish, poultry, meat, and egg dishes. Also soups, smoothies, family favourites such as meatballs and burgers. Curries, snacks and treats, deserts and vegetarian options.

      3. The book is available as an E-book, and its actually on sale tomorrow (7th august 2015) at 50% discount, £3.49 instead of £6.99. Keep an eye out for that. It also has a meal plan and recipes included in there too.
