Cucumber Salad

Another healthy recipe for you guys, easy to make, once nicely chilled a great meal.

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers peeled and thickly sliced

1 avocado diced

1 red onion sliced

2 cups cauliflower florets

2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

Toss all ingredients. Chill for 2‐4 hours before serving.

Makes 3‐4 servings
