My Experience

I have over 15 years quality experience and have had scientific research on Sports Massage published in The British Journal of Sports Medicine and The International Journal of Sports Medicine.

Over the years I have been fortunate to treat world champion boxers, national, commonwealth and olympic swimmers, I also provided pitchside support for many seasons with professional rugby and soccer Teams.  Plus helping the taekwondo world champion, national soccer squads (U18girls and age groups) as well as providing treatment at many sporting events.

Having successfully treated professional athletes from most sports, worked for professional clubs and teams I am able to deal with a variety of soft tissue problems and knows when to refer a problem onto another professional. My clients range from young swimmers aged 12 to World Championship Ironmen Qualifiers and Team GB Triathletes to people in their 70’s who have just stiffened up.

  1. I have had a problem with a severe pain on my right thigh which came out of the blue whilst sitting at my desk in work. The pain was so severe that I had to consult my doctor who Tod me that I have a trapped sciatica nerve and neuralgia. He has given me tablets to take but have been advised to either see a sports massage or chiropractor. Can you advise me if a sports massage would be effective for my problem or seeing a chiropractor.

I am 64 years of age and currently play for Wales veterans football and train 3-4 times per month.
