The Cut Off A Limb Diet‏

Below is part 3 of this “stupid diets that work” series.

The first was the cocaine diet and the second was the beer diet.

Both will help you lose some timber but they will mess up your health, family and possibly even your life.

What’s the third stupid diet I hear you ask?

It’s what’s called:

The Cut Off Your Arm or Leg Diet

I have actually heard people say:

“The only way I’m gonna lose this weight is to cut off a limb.”

So, if just losing weight is your goal, and nothing else matters, there is no faster way than cutting of a limb. Depending on how much you weigh and how big you are and how dense your bones are, you could lose many pounds in seconds.

Of course, this is silly.

But on a side note, it’s similar to some types of weight loss surgery, they have fast results, but don’t address the real problems that people have around food and lifestyle, and ultimately people go back to square one, even after surgery.

And I urge you not to even consider ANY of the stupid diets I have shown you so far.
