Why She Didn’t Last A Single Day

I have to admit helping people lose weight can be frustrating at times.

I want to help them so bad.

I try to be nice and caring and patient.

But with all the will in the world, SOMETIMES that’s just not enough.

Like recently when a woman gave up on the meal plan, and sadly she didn’t even manage 1 day.

It’s not the first time it’s happened, I have been doing this for 20 years, sometimes I try to help people who are, in the nicest way possible, un-help-able.

Personally, I don’t see what the big surprise is when you start a new eating plan and someone asks you to eat healthy food and to do a bit of cooking.

But that’s because I live this stuff day in and day out, and that can BLIND me to the fact that not everyone’s a frigging weirdo like me.

This was a few weeks ago now, since then I have had some time to think about it.

I now realise it was all my fault.  I expected too much.

I need to realise that some people are too far “adrift” to JUST start my plan.

It’s too big of a step from where they are right now.

Lets say for example you:
-Drink every night
-Smoke
-Like a takeaway, most days
-Drink coke instead of water
-Don’t eat fruit or vegetables, like ever

You get the idea . . .

So for someone like that, following my plan is literally like climbing Mount Everest.

It’s just not suitable.  It’s overwhelming.

But it IS suitable if you already “kinda” know a bit about dieting, you are drinking a bit of water and trying to eat healthily, but want faster results.

For people like that, who are already able to do the basics (but you are just not seeing the results as fast as you would like)

it’s a great plan that delivers FAST weight loss.
