Special Event In September
Here are the details for the special event I have been promising, and the link to buy tickets too
Me and Dr Mark will be holding an “evening of health and fitness”.
The basic premise is that we want to teach people the basics of health nutrition and exercise, plus give you some tools to take away and use when you get home.
So many people don’t know what they should be doing in the gym or in the kitchen, we will show you what to do and tell you why you should do it.
It will be all directed to help over 40’s and 50’s, as per usual with our stuff.
First off it’s the exercise bit – people can either watch or take part in an exercise session delivered by yours truly, 30 minutes including warm up, it will be a light fun session.
Then Dr Mark and I will give presentations which give you solutions diet plans, recipes and a clear strategy on how to get fit.
After all that, at about 8pm, we will have food. The food will be cooked using recipes from my cookbook. This will demonstrate some samples of what delicious foods you can eat whilst on a diet.
