3 ways to get rid of cellulite

Cellulite is the bane of some women’s lives.

It looks ugly.

It’s often accompanied by stretch marks.

It DRAINS confidence.

And stops you wearing what you want, especially when the sun’s out.

“Orange peel” skin is mostly found on the hips, thighs and legs, but it can be also found on the stomach, upper arms and breast area.

Some say that cellulite is a cosmetic problem because it’s not harmful but I disagree, and I know people whose cellulite is VERY painful and inflamed.

Whatever way you look at it, people want rid of their cellulite.

The good news is it doesn’t appear overnight, you will have time to do something about it.

I have found these THREE things help it the most:

#1. Detoxification. You need to detoxify your entire body.

#2. Exercise. You need to increase your circulation and get sweaty and out of breath.

#3. Massage and Dry Brushing. This increases the speed of detoxification of the skin cells.
