Rich & Mark,
Great show. Really enjoyed.
Liked the non ‘sugar coated’ approach.
Simple advice with results to back-up.
Really grateful to you both for sharing experience and knowledge for the benefit of anyone who is prepared to adopt a stance of self control & ownership of their future health.
Cheers
Hi Rob,
Glad you enjoyed, thanks for the feedback, its nice to hear its hit the mark. Yes self control and taking personal responsibility is vital if you are going to be successful.
Take care,
Rich
Well done guys. You two, with this new podcast, have managed to do what our national Health Service would like to do but could never afford!!!
That is, to give us hapless consumers enough time with AN INFORMED AND PASSIONATE GP to really discuss the route cause of most of our health issues!!!
HALAY FLIPPIN LOOLIA
PS. can you explain that golf ball, sand, water glass metaphor to me please?
Best Regards Chris.
Thank you for your kind words Chris I will pass them on to the Dr.
The golf ball story is told well here http://www.theweatherprediction.com/humor/life/
plus you can you tube it and get lots of videos too.
All the best
Rich
Thanks Richard. My praise was aimed at BOTH of you mind. So when you pass it on to Dr Daniels accept credit yourself for getting a doctor to sit still long enough to get involved. That deserves a medal in itself!
Also in the one where you invited the dentist guy in it was very informative to listen to the three of you all bringing your own specialities into the mix. A holistic approach for our whole body and mind, which I’m sure is what’s required to keep us fit and healthy. I know sport’s psychology is big these days so who knows where your shows will go.
Thanks again and a very Merry Christmas to you and your families.
Chris from Cardiff
Thanks Chris you are very kind. We may discuss some psychological stuff as and when it comes up but we will try to keep on theme – health, exercise and nutrition.
Have a great xmas yourself
