When people think of cheating, it’s usually seen as a negative.
But not today.
I’m going to show you when and how cheating can be positive.
AND if you follow this strategy, you will have shed loads of benefits from it.
Of course I’m talking about cheating with your weight loss.
This time of year, people are on or have had their summer break.
And have piled on the weight as a result of the sun and sangria and school holidays.
It’s hard bloody work right?
It comes ON so easy and goes OFF so slowly.
Not any more.
I have a few short cuts, or “cheats” as they are known.
They work like crazy, lots of my clients use them.
Some of you may have already seen this, others have not.
I first came up with this 4 Step Cheat Sheet for my wife.
It helps her when she comes off track and goes for the wine and crisps
and gains like 7lbs in a matter of days.
(^^^soul destroying^^^)
The cheat sheet helps her (and now you) have something to follow during times like this…
…when you have gained weight fast and want rid of it asap.
If you fall off the wagon, over indulge, binge, whatever, here’s what you need to do…pronto.
Four simple steps from the cheat sheet are:
1. Don’t eat breakfast.
If you have eaten like a pig for days or weeks, and are bloated like a whale, you can do without breakfast.
2. Drink plenty of water.
This applies during the overindulgence as well as after it.
3. Eat lots of green veggies.
Green vegetables help flush the body of all the excess sugars and act as a catalyst to lose the weight you have gained. Try eating vegetable soup and a green salad for lunch.
4. Avoid processed carbohydrates and fats.
This is a very powerful weight GAIN combination, stay well away. Don’t eat junk
food on your “hangover day”. Try bacon and eggs.
Bonus cheat…
5. Exercise.
Light exercise can help speed up the four step process and get you faster results.
It looks simple right?
But remember, simple does not mean easy.
Give that a bash, I have had people lose over 10lbs in a week on that and get the holiday weight off fast.
This stuff will help you resist the natural age-related weight gain we all suffer after the age of around 35.
Let me know how you get on with it.
In other news…
Remember it’s less than 10 days until you will be able to get access to my new online weight loss program – Weight Loss Forever.
It will help you make sure you are in great shape this Christmas. It’s been designed especially for all you women over 40 who are fed up of jumping from program to program, never seeing any real results.
And it can be all done from the comfort of your own home.
If it’s something you’re waiting for, or like the sound of you can have your first sneak peak here.
