Ok sweet cheeks we are not messing around today, I’m walking though fire again….
We are talking about bad relationships.
And how they screw up your weight loss and progress.
It’s serious stuff and very common.
I have had a couple of my clients in tears over this stuff, and it really pisses me off.
Obviously I can’t be too specific otherwise I may have the psycho men involved after me.
But I can tell you this, a bad relationship can destroy your confidence and make you question your goals.
It can drain your energy and make it impossible to focus on a healthy lifestyle or yourself.
Always battling.
It can feel like a prison sentence.
It can develop into a situation that is highly TOXIC for you both. You are not happy, they are not happy.
There are lots of negative emotions.
Maybe hate, resentment, anger and jealousy making it hard to love them and harder to love yourself, let alone look after yourself properly.
So lets say for example this is you…..or your best friend
What would you do? or say to your friend?
Do I have any relationship advice?…. Nope.
but I can tell you what other ladies I work with have decided to do
-Get fitter and focus on themselves
-Sort their food and drinking out
-Lose a bit of weight
-Start to feel better
-Get their confidence back
-Start doing stuff for themselves again
Life is not perfect, sometimes you have to make the most of a bad situation.
And maybe one day things will change for the better (or you get strong and will leave).
Either way you will be in a better place if you have been taking care of yourself.
Sometimes you have to think of number 1.

PS – No matter how bad things are, you will feel better about yourself if you are in shape and fit.
Don’t let yourself go, don’t turn around when it’s too late and realise your best days (and body) are long gone.
PPS – If you didn’t see this yesterday, it’s about the new 90 day program I’m releasing before September.
This program can be life changing, but you have to provide the elbow grease required.
