Anyway, here’s another one that will help you lose weight, and not just at home, this can be used while you’re at work too, but it’ll likely have some awful side effects, like losing your job.
The Hawaii Chair
This isn’t as naughty as the Tug Toner and this piece of equipment is just as described:
“if you can sit you can get fit”
which sounds nice and easy.
You will certainly tone up your waist and stomach.
But you will have to sacrifice your pride and squeaky clean reputation in the process, and of course writhe around like a porn star on a rodeo bull.
So yes, you will tone up and maybe lose an inch off your waist with the Hawaii Chair.
I’m sure it would be an interesting time at home and in work for a few days, you would certainly have a laugh.
Beyond that, this piece of equipment is totally ridiculous.
A much better option to reduce the size of your waist quickly would be to focus on your food and fix some of your bad eating habits.
It will cost you less than most pieces of equipment you may buy.
Works just as fast, if not faster than the Hawaii chair, and without starving yourself, in fact you even get to eat so called “bad foods” like rice pudding and chocolate brownies.
Most women lose at least 10lbs in the first four weeks, which equates to 1, sometimes 2 dress sizes.
And it comes with no risk, you won’t have to pay a single penny if you want to come and “have a look” to see if it’s for you.
You’ll either be convinced this is for you or you wont pay a single penny.
