True Story today…
Once upon a time, I had this message from Janet:
Hi Rich, just ordered the online version of your new book – can’t wait – think I’m like the lady who thought she knew it all and was doing it all right but wasn’t – I need help because I’m stuck in my weight loss – won’t budge even though I think I eat good and exercise so can’t wait to read the advice you are sharing.
I eat healthy and exercise now (eliptical 7 times plus per week) but not seeing any changes. I’m excited to do this to be honest as I feel I need a change.
Oh and it is actually nice to get a personal reply from someone doing a programme rather than the usual customer service or support team promising you will get a reply in 48 hours.
This is nice the personal touch! Keep it up!
I’m going to recommend your programme to a few friends who struggle – they do boot camp, lose it then within 6 weeks regain it all – then do another boot camp, lose it, then regain it – you get the picture!
Regards Janet
As you get older it certainly does get harder to lose weight, but the good news is, it’s still possible.
Resistant weight loss can be caused by many things, hormones, toxins, food.
A detox can sometimes help.
My weight loss plans all focus on removing toxins and there is a good one included in the book.
Thanks,
Richard
Now this is the bit I’m really pleased about
After she read the book she came back with this…
Loved the book and it makes so much sense – nothing difficult to understand or follow (apart from the bit on cholestrol!!!).
I feel I’m doing everything right apart from maybe too much coffee, too much exercise (I do 7 days) not enough sleep and too much stress – had a rough two years that has been nothing but stress and emotional – deaths and illness.
So I am going to try and alkalise the body – water with lemon juice on a morning and also try and do a bit of fasting.
My biggest issue is the bloat under the navel which looks like I’ve swallowed a ball and I’m at a loss as how to get rid of that.
But the book is one of the easiest to understand and to follow for someone who doesn’t understand the way some others write. They think you have a degree in biology and nutrition!
Keep up the good work and thank you – tons.
Regards Janet
Did you see what Janet did?
In just a couple of days, she figured out where she was going wrong, just by reading the book.
She also said…
“this book has been written for the every day woman to understand and it all makes sense when it’s put together – no-one has written a book that I feel is in a way common sense – I’ve never heard anyone say get well first with healthy eating, heal your body first before you hit the gym hard – but that makes sense.
It’s just so simple – why hasn’t anyone written a book like this before”.
That’s all for today.
