Some of you naughty girls will literally do anything to lose weight, EXCEPT the work needed.
So today I have a few of examples of stuff I have heard about, that will help you lose weight, without changing what you eat.
I’m not recommending these but they certainly help me make my point.
Some options for you:
#1. Tie a ribbon around your waist. Some French women wear a ribbon around the waist and underneath their clothes when they go out for dinner. It keeps them conscious of their stomach, especially if the ribbon starts to feel tighter as the night goes on.
*Please note* If like many of the girls you already wear a spanks, a ribbon should make going to the loo when you’re drunk even more interesting.
#2. Blue plates and table cloths. Apparently research has proven that eating in a blue room, using a blue table cloth or eating from a blue plate can suppress appetite by up to 33%.
#3. A peg on your nose. Yes wearing a clothes peg on your nose will help you lose weight. Smell and taste are closely linked, if you can’t smell your favourite food you won’t eat as much.
Yes I know, all theses “tricks” are a little bizarre, and to my dismay they do work.
Damn you crazy tricks.
However, if you become dependant on these “tricks” it could cause problems, socially, and you may lose your friends!
Do I recommend you try them? Maybe.
Are they sustainable in the long run? Probably not.
You can’t wear a peg on your nose or take a blue plate or table cloth everywhere you go, but you could do the ribbon thing discreetly.
I know you may latch onto these tricks.
And they may actually work for you.
But remember this – at the end of the day, you have to ask yourself if by using these types of methods, you are just avoiding doing the REAL work needed.
At some point, if you are to be truly successful, you will have to learn to master nutrition and cooking.
