3 Reasons Why Now Is Better Than January For Dropping Timber

Ok sweet cheeks, if you’ve spent the summer indulging and are feeling like the proverbial beached whale, this one is for you:

There are good points in the year to start sorting yourself out and September happens to be one of them.

I have already seen an influx of mums (who don’t like their bums) who are ready to get back to it after the school holidays.

September is similar to January, but in many ways it’s even better.

Here’s why:

Reason #1:  You have 12 weeks or so until xmas party season kicks in, which is plenty enough time to make some big changes to your fine self.

Reason #2:  You are normally in better general health and have more energy at the end of the summer than you will have in January after xmas.

Reason #3: If you wait to start in January, you could be 10-20lbs further adrift.

Something to think about.

And then you can start back next Wednesday.
