Horrible Henry – Exercise Routine

Some of you may of heard about Henry.

He is not a nice person, he will make you work for your results…

Warm up first

Circuit

  1. Assisted/Pull-ups/Pull downs x 15
  2. Dumbbell Clean & Press x 15
  3. Weighted Walking Lunge x 15
  4. Press Ups(any ones) x 15
  5. Vertical Jumps x 15

Repeat 2-3 Times
