I hate to be the one who breaks the bad news…
But your body, is a representation of how you treat yourself.
Whatever shape you are in, it reflects the way you have been treating yourself.
Whether you agree with me or not, it’s the truth my friend.
So if your body is a mess, I know you haven’t been treating yourself very well.
Many people treat themselves badly.
Why you do it is another question altogether, and there are many answers.
You may put yourself at the bottom of the list, and look after everyone else, but you don’t look after yourself.
You may keep telling yourself it’s going to change when “X” happens, but lets face facts, you have been saying that for years.
Whatever the reasons why, you know that no one is going to do it for you.
And you know it’s only going to get worse the longer you leave it.
One day we all have to sit around the table of consequences.
So take time to treat yourself right and look after your body.
