Too Fat To Fly‏

For many of you, summer holidays are just around the corner.

And this is what some people are being told when they try to get on a plane.

Sorry, but you are too fat to fly.

How embarrassing.

I have to admit those damn seats are tight.

And don’t get me started on the leg room, at 6ft 3’ it’s a struggle.

There are no definitive guidelines on the upper size or weight of who can fly.

It’s often left to the check in staff to deal with.

They are in the business to sell seats.

And in order to address the problem of growing waistlines, the airlines have even come up with seat belt “extensions”.

But this problem is more a reflection of society, than it is of the airlines.

The embarrassment alone has motivated some travellers into changing their ways.

When you are overweight, there are loads of situations in life like this that will potentially make you feel EMBARRASSED for one reason or another.

Normal activities like:

-Walking for 30-60 mins or more
-Parties and socialising with family and friends
-Swimming or sunbathing
-Travelling by car, bus, plane or train

Life is hard enough, without adding all that stuff to your “plate” which you know you will have trouble with because of your weight.

It’s a miserable life, barriers everywhere you look.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

To make sure you never get embarrassed or feel uncomfortable about your weight again, you are going to need to make a some big changes.

Luckily for you I have been helping people lose weight and get healthier for nearly 20 years, and you can rest assured you will be in safe hands.
