Are You Making These 6 Grocery Mistakes?

Here’s something you may find useful.

One of the things I see people struggle with is knowing what to buy to eat from the supermarket.

It’s a minefield, what’s healthy? What’s affordable?

Plus there are so many misconceptions out there.

People are mistakenly buying foods advertised as healthy that are making their problem worse.

Foods such as:

1.  Low Fat
2.  Low Sugar
3.  Gluten Free
4.  Low Salt
5.  Diet Drinks or “Light” Drinks or Foods
6.  Margarine

These are all problematic for different reasons, I have spoken about them in the past, done podcasts on them so I’m not going to go into them again today.

But I will give you this little bit of free advice:

All these foods have something in common, can you see what it is?

That’s right, they are all processed, so steer clear, where at all possible.

So what should you eat?

Stuff like eggs, fish, potatoes and berries.

But I’m pretty confident you already know which foods are healthy and all that jazz, but it doesn’t make eating them any easier because they can taste quite plain and boring.

But it doesn’t have to be like that.

You can stop the problems that making these mistakes cause..

You can easily transform the way you think about nutrition and the way you eat.

To help you find out more about which foods to ALWAYS eat, and get lots of great tasting recipes which include these foods
