Ok so let’s do a bit of a Q & A:
Question:
Hi Richard,
…I have done no carbs on a permanent basis for nearly two years now so thinking that maybe having wholegrain bread and crackers over a couple of days threw my body out a bit (although that was a major treat for me).
I am really good at devising new recipes with foods that I am allowed but still that last 7-10lbs will not come off.
So frustrating and annoying…any suggestions.
I have tried the Drop a jeans size (which was a waste of time as she really promotes protein shakes, which I can’t get easily or really want to use) and the half day diet, which did nothing either.
The Dukan diet was my starting point two years ago and I did lose half a stone, but tried again since and nothing!
Watching your posts with interest and well done for what you do…
…There is so much conflicting information at the moment, ie…fats are now good, what time to eat carbs, ordinary coffee stops fat burn, abandon dairy, don’t count calories, cardio is bad for you..and these are the recent ones and I am sure the list goes on.
So who knows what is right or wrong.
I know I eat well by eating clean and never open a packet or eat processed foods, limit my fruit and get fresh air everyday and exercise lightly 3x a week.
But if there is a magic formula I would be interested.
Bix
Still annoying though!
My Answer/s:
Hi Bix,
Send me your food diaries and I will be able to see where you’re going wrong…
You can get a free chapter here.
or 3 free chapters on amazon kindle.
Or the whole book free if you are on kindle unlimited.
It covers everything you just mentioned and more. It’s a “mini” book and very fast and easy to read.
It’s my magic formula if you will.
Take care,
Richard
