Are You One Of The Walking Dead?

Today is a good day.

Not sure if you’re aware (or even care), but I’m about to build an extension on my gym.

I’m both nervous and excited at the same time.

I know its going to come with some stress but I’m focusing on the end result to keep me motivated.

I guess I’m a little different, as I have a mission in life that drives me like a steam train.

People who know me say I’m pretty relentless, but for me its easy because I enjoy it.

My mission in life is to help as many people as possible get their health, energy and fitness to optimum levels – to make sure you retire “in good nick not knackered”.

Living in South Wales, I have experienced first hand, the real consequences of poor health, with friends and family dying too early. There are too many people, if we are honest, looking (and feeling) like the walking dead.

With that said, I want to achieve optimum health for myself, my family, my clients and anyone else who wants to listen.

The new gym will help me to do this.

Many of us are looking to improve the quality of our lives. Often, the best place to start, is with yourself, with your own health and fitness.

People living our “western lifestyle” generally have poor health and die from diseases of consumption.

Its said, statistically, that:

-85% of the UK population are suffering from at least one health problem of some kind.

-60% of people in the UK are either overweight or obese and the figures in the US 10% higher, with figures set to rise to 70 & 85% respectively by 2025.

and as if that wasn’t enough:

-The average person in the UK in 2012 was 3 stone heavier than 50 years ago.

Things have become totally out of control, and there is no need for it.

You don’t have to feel like crap and end up spending your retirement back and forth the hospital rather than back and forth the Caribbean or Spain.

I know which one my clients and I are planning for.

If you want to join us, you’re going to have to do something about it.
