I heard this last week and had to share it with you.
It’s a tale from the olden days.
Once upon a time, back in the Wild West if someone stole a horse, a posse would be assembled, to go after the thief.
The thief would ride HARD for 1 hour.
Then he would get off his horse and WALK it for 1 hour.
The chasing posse, would do the same…
Ride for 1 hour and walk for one hour.
If the posse or the thief rode for longer than an hour, the horses would drop DEAD.
Why am I telling you this?
Because I see the same thing happening with myself and so many of you.
Your brain is the same as the horse.
Making you VERY UNPRODUCTIVE.
Dragging your arse around the place.
We all WORK TOO HARD without enough breaks.
My advice to you would be to work hard, but in short bursts, kinda like the horses.
And take plenty of short breaks.
It’s how we are supposed to work.
We are not MACHINES, despite what you may like to think.
Give it a try.
