Your 10 Step Weight Loss Checklist‏

I love making a list.

It’s how I get things done.list

They are nice and easy to get your head around.

Today I have a checklist for you.

You could print it out if you think it will help you.

This list outlines what you need to be doing to be VERY successful at losing weight.

10 habits of a successful “loser”…

1.  Keep a food diary
2.  Drink 2 litres of water a day
3.  Eat greens at almost every meal
4.  Have smaller portions
5.  Consistency
6.  Exercise (walking is fine)
7.  Eat nutrient dense, whole foods
8.  Be Committed
9.  Get 8hrs sleep
10.  Routine – eat at same times each day

If you can follow that little lot you will be on the right tracks for sure.
