Delicious Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower

3 carrots

¼ head purple cabbage

½ head of mustard greens

½ red onion

3 green onions

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander

Parsley to taste

Directions:

Cut cauliflower into florets. Process in food processor until broken down into small crumbly pieces. Chop carrots, cabbage, mustard greens, onions, and parsley. Add to cauliflower and toss. Add oil, cumin, coriander. Mix well. Place in refrigerator for 2‐4 hours to allow flavours to blend. Serve chilled.
