The final installment of the 28 Day Detox course gives you some helpful tips on how to stick to your detox when you are at work, on a trip and even when you are eating out. The video also looks at portion sizes, salt, ditch kits and will then show you what to do next, beyond the detox. It is vital that after all the hard work of a detox that people don’t go back to their unhealthy habits.
Follow the 28 Day Nutrition Manual (see below) after your detox to help you maintain a healthy nutrition program and a healthy life.
