Mindfulness Exercise – Go Do It


    Take a moment to think about all the various tasks that you find so difficult to start or finish.

    Now, is there one task that stands out as being important and achievable?

    Imagine how you’ll feel when this task is accomplished..the sense of Achievement, Purpose, Clarity and Self        Worth.

    While you imagine how you’ll feel, say the following words to yourself:     ‘I will do this’

    Make a commitment to yourself right now to accomplish just this one task.

    You’re going to feel great about yourself. Go do it.
