There are actually TELL TALE SIGNS, which most people show when they are ready to, lets say, get your ass in gear and lose some weight.
So without further ado, here are 5 signs:
#1. You have weighed up the pros and cons and accepted that you need to change your ways and have been thinking about what to do for the last couple of months.
#2. You have researched your options and decided which one is suitable for you and even which day and time you could fit it in.
#4. You have started to do some small things to help yourself like drink more water, smoke fewer cigarettes or eat a bit less junk food.
#5. You have even gone as far as testing the waters and have done something like attend a slimming club or gone to the gym/pool.
There you go.
Some sure signs that you’re probably not too far away from getting your big fat ass moving in the right direction.
But seriously, the next step for you is to actually take some action and set a day and time when the magic is gonna happen.
