Crazy lady rockets weight loss using this WEIRD technique

Something a little bizarre today.

I have unearthed a new technique which is helping one lady I work with stick to her diet like a wig superglued to a bald head.

Plus its right up my street as its ridiculously easy and anyone (who wants to) can do it.

I’ve said it before, and I will say it again.

It always fascinates me how one person can FAIL and the other can SUCCEED, even though they seemingly both have the “same” tools to do the job.

But I have learnt enough to know that the difference often lies in the mind.

human brain on a running machineI’m no Psychologist, but I like to chat and listen, and will always make enquiries with the successful clients as to what they believe made the difference.

I have heard all the normal ones but recently I heard something different.

One crazy lady, who happens to have rocketed her weight loss, is playing little games with herself and losing lots of weight as a result.

She is playing the kind of games you play in your mind.

She said she was having little “chats” with herself when she wanted to come off the plan.

What was she saying to herself? “I will have it tomorrow.”

And when tomorrow comes, she says it again.

Or something like “I’ll have it on the weekend”.

Maybe this “strategy” is tricking her brain into thinking that she is NOT MISSING out.

Who knows.

Whatever it’s doing, it’s WORKING, and I’m sharing it with you so maybe you’ll be able to take something useful from it.

It’s certainly working better for her than the previous strategy of “you can’t have that”.

There is something about telling a woman (and men for that matter) they CAN’T to do something,

It’s like a RED RAG TO A BULL, and makes them want whatever IT is, even more.
