Today I have some Q & A action for you…

I discovered an “anomaly” many years ago whilst managing the memberships of a few gyms.

Similarly to a summer holiday, which often carries on a couple of weeks after you get home, with you enjoying making sangria and paella and alike, these days the Xmas holidays are “extended” too, with finishing off the food and drink that you over bought in December and dragging the good times on for a little longer.

And as a result of our naughtiness, February is sometimes busier in gyms and diet clubs than January.

And it seems this year is no different.

We have had a lot of people lurking in the background for the last few months “thinking” about joining the private members academy I have designed to help people, do all the stuff I teach, from the comfort of their own home.

So today I’m going to answer a few of the questions that have come in about the private online members academy:

Question #1: Is the online programme suitable for men over 40?

ANSWER: Yes.  Completely, lots of husbands and men are signed up and are seeing great results, often Men get better results than some of the women.

Question #2: Can I pay via credit card as I don’t have paypal?

ANSWER: No.  Monthly subscriptions can only be done via paypal, it’s a big pain in the ass to do this manually and to be honest too time consuming and defeats the object of it being an online course.

Question #3:  I don’t want to make a monthly payment, can I get the online course as a one off purchase?

ANSWER: Yes.  For those of you who were around last summer may have seen this, you can get a 90 day intensive course called weight loss forever, which in effect is the equivalent of 10 months of the “academy”, worth over £350, for a one off payment of £227. If you want the link for that, just hit reply and let me know.

Question #4:  I can’t exercise because of my joints, but want to follow your meal plans and lose weight, can I just follow the nutrition programme?

ANSWER: Yes.  Think of it like an online slimming club if you will. You can even send me your weight each week to keep yourself accountable and on track.
