Personal training member Mary uses my slimming and training programme to lose weight, get fitter and stronger and improve her lower back problem. She writes:
Just wanted to tell you about my new baby grandson who now weighs nearly 14lbs at 11 weeks. Before I started your training and weight loss programme the unfit and overweight me (with a long term back problem) would never have been able to carry him around as I do now and squat with ease to put him safely on the floor on his changing mat! Wouldn’t have tried!
Who would have thought I’d be able to do this? My daughter is amazed and delighted to see me so much fitter and slimmer!
