The Horror Story You Were Never Told‏

There is no way to sugar coat this, it’s not something you will want to hear.

It’s a horror story.

For a while I have seen first hand the current health EPIDEMIC.

Diseases which used to be seen mostly in older people, like high blood pressure, angina, and heart attacks, are now regularly affecting people in their 20’s and 30’s.

People are dying younger and younger.

Most families are being affected by DEATH and DISEASE in one way or another.

And now, to make things worse, the UK government have accepted that people over 40 “should be given more information to help improve early diagnosis of DEMENTIA”.

The most common type of dementia is Alzheimer’s disease.

It’s a cruel disease.

Early symptoms include problems with memory and thinking.

Women are at higher risk.

If you place any credence on statistics “experts” predict 1 in 3 people born in 2015 will develop dementia.

Let me say that again

1 in 3 people born in 2015 will develop dementia.

That’s a HUGE amount of people.

Apparently, getting dementia is the thing people fear the most about getting older.

None of us want to lose our marbles, the thought of it terrifies me.

People are at a HIGHER risk, if they already have:
-Weight problems
-Existing medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol
-A poor lifestyle and/or smoke

So that’s the bad news.

And if you decide to do NOTHING, it’s even worse.

However, there is some good news.

You CAN do something about it, some regular exercise and a healthy diet are the best solutions.

Will it guarantee you won’t go nuts?

No, of course not, there are no guarantees like that in life.

Which is no big surprise for you I’m sure.

But exercising and eating healthily will certainly increase your chances of not suffering and certainly delay the onset at the very least.

But of course it’s easier said than done, it’s hard work trying to figure this exercise and food stuff out on your own.

Exercising safely.

Eating healthily

^^^ both sound boring as hell by the way^^^

But of course, it doesn’t have to be like that especially if you know what you are doing.
