7 Step Daily Checklist For Slimming

Ok clever clogs, here’s something you may find useful.

A problem I see with lots of women is that they get overwhelmed, and don t know which things are most important to focus on to drop some timber.

So to help you never forget, I’ve come up with a handy checklist.

7 steps which, if followed daily, will lead you to great success with your slimming.

And may even make all your friends jealous this Xmas when they see how good you look.

Lets hop to it.

#1. Plan ahead. This is first on the list because it’s the most important. Batch cook and freeze recipes and take packed lunches if needed.

#2. Avoid junk foods. Enough said.

#3. Drink plenty of water. Keep it trickling in all day, it’s great for weight loss.

#4. Eat regularly. Avoid missing meals and eating haphazardly as it can lead to excessive hunger and overeating.

#5. Use visual motivators. Use a photo of you at your best for your screen saver or hang a favourite dress on the wardrobe, to help keep you motivated.

#6. Get a good nights sleep. Switch off your screen, read a book, and get to sleep a bit earlier.

#7. Track everything. Keep a food diary and measure your weight once a week.
