7 Steps To A Flat Stomach

A problem I see with lots of women is that they get overwhelmed, and don’t know which things to change first.

So to help you never forget, I’ve come up with a handy checklist.

7 steps, which, if followed daily, will lead to a flat(er) stomach and HUGE success with your slimming. And they may even make all your friends jealous when they see your secsy ass out and about.

But that’s between you and your friends.

Lets hop to it.

#1. Plan ahead and prepare accordingly. This is first on the list because it’s the most important.

#2. Avoid junk foods. Enough said.

#3. Drink plenty of water. Keep it trickling in all day, it’s great for weight loss, 2-3 liters.

#4. Eat regularly. Avoid missing meals and eating haphazardly as it can lead to excessive hunger and overeating.

#5. Use visual motivators. Use a photo of you at your best for your screen saver or hang a favourite dress on the wardrobe, to help keep you motivated.

#6. Get a good nights sleep. Switch off your screen, read a book, and get to sleep a bit earlier.

#7. Track everything. Keep a food diary and measure your weight once a week.
