How Not To Drop 10 Stone

Ok sugar lips, here’s a true story:

I know this woman who’s lost 10 stone.

The trouble is, she’s lost the same stone, 10 times.

I wish it was a joke, but its not.

You may, or may not, be familiar with this cycle of losing and regaining weight, its a horrible feeling, one minute you’re doing alright, the next, you’re back to square one. The lady in question has at least 5 stone to lose, maybe more. She openly admits, she is the problem, and its either all or nothing with her, and it seems the older she gets, the harder it is to lose weight.

If you ask me, its been a big waste of her time.

Stopping and starting over and over is, eventually, going to take its toll.

Mentally it will drain her.

And physically, every time she starts again, it will get a little harder, to the point where she is now finding it harder to even drop a stone.

A better, more productive approach would be to master how to eat correctly once and for all.

The easiest way I’ve ever seen, which helps people lose weight and become super healthy at the same time, is the approach which I designed (and am using to save the world!).
