3 Slimming Mistakes You’re Probably Making

Most people I meet tend to have different approaches to weight loss.

Some people do low carb.

Some people do low fat.

But what is common about all those styles is a common mistake.

It’s something I call “playing to lose”.

This is just ONE of many mistakes most people make.

But if you fix this one mistake it can unlock the others.

And the best part is I have included a little list to help you identify which other mistakes you are making.

The first mistake is being DEHYDRATED.

And it is a big mistake to make.

Being dehydrated is going to guarantee that you will not WIN when it comes to weight loss.

When you are dehydrated your body naturally “holds” on to any water which you do drink and you swell up – like a balloon.

WATER RETENTION is a natural response to dehydration the body thinks it’s actually helping.

Drinking plenty of water, will “let the body know” there is plenty of water available and the body won’t “hold” too much excess.

This will keep your weight from fluctuating too wildly.

The other common mistakes:

NO carbs in their diet

Poor quality salt intake

So, even if you are sticking to a high protein, NO carb plan AND exercising

If you make these mistakes you are playing to lose in this little game of weight loss.

The best thing for you to do for weight loss is to:

1.  Stay hydrated

2.  Follow a low carb plan, not a NO carb plan.

3.  Use good quality salt.

Give it a try.
